About Anamitra Bhowmik:

I would like to introduce myself as an upbeat, high-energetic professional. I could efficiently manage the job responsibilities of F&B Service Personnel or Front Office Executive position for 12 hrs in a day in any shift.

I became experienced and came in to work each day wanting to perform better than I did in previous. My present responsibilities included but not limited to coordinating the front and back of the house, responding to customer queries-complaints, maximizing customer satisfaction, supervising and scheduling shifts, providing guests feedback, taking inventory, maximize revenue and profit, minimize production cost and operational expenditure, maintaining hygiene and safety at all times.

In my career I grew up in hospitality industry from scratch. I have worked with international chains like, Holiday Inn, Radisson Group, KFC and other local well  known 4/3 star properties, which helped me to gather experience from fine dining to fast paced environment. After completing my graduation, I decided to study Hotel and Restaurant Management. This gave me the platform I needed to become a part of operational management team. I truly have love for people, learning and exploring different cuisine and cultures. I have achieved most of my goals, now it is the time to get international exposure.
