I am a versatile, seasoned, results-oriented, detailed and passionate Strategic Human Resource Management GLOBAL HR professional with 24 years hand on experience. Having worked with top notch global companies such as Sony, Samsung, Dell, Aditya Birla Group (Overseas) and Haworth Intl (India and MEA) across various industries such as Service, Manufacturing and Consultancy in India and Overseas,  I gained hands-on experience in various facets of HR including Organizational Development, Change Management, Governance, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, IR, PMS, Leadership development, Talent Acquisition and retention, Talent Development and Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, R&R, Diversity & Inclusive culture.

 

Last ten years, I was handling a strategic HR leadership role in providing a broad range of Human Resources strategic partnership and tactical interventions to the business and multiple sites in a dynamic business environment. Also partnered with the business to ensure effective implementation of HR plan, strategies in line with business priorities and best employee experience. Further, developed and implemented preemptive Employee Relations strategy to ensure smooth operations and best working environment across the organization and region. I was key member of the India and MEA Leadership team, influencing the vision and strategic direction of the Region and businesses.

 

With respect to my academics, I possess Bachelor degree in Law’94 from Madras Law College, Post-graduation in Human Resources Management’96 from Madras School of Social work and MA in Public administrationfrom Madras University, India.
