I'm Anandaraj having 15 years' experience in civil industry -- QAQC department - Exposure in all Residential, Commercial and Infrastructures. Im B.E Civil Graduate with MBA and Advance Certification in Quality Management and Pursuing my QMS Internal Audit ISO 9001:2015.

• Solid knowledge about SOP, ITP, Checklist, MAR, MIR, Quality monthly report, Quality review meeting, Method Statement….etc

• Core capabilities in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality management to ensure project implementation within the scope of contract terms.

• Proven expertise in site administration, construction management with solid record of performing Quality Control and Assurance, Site Maintenance activities and familiar with international standard codes such as Indian standard code, Aramco standard, British Standards and American Standard for Testing Material. Well versed in using ACONEX and ERP Software.

• Ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action through quality control procedures, inspection and test plans, field inspection records, and reports (i.e. tests report, corrective action report and non-conformance report) and participation in for ISO audits.

• Attending monthly QA/QC Meeting to discuss any problems found out during inspection, examination or test.

• Preparing documents relevant to data control, inspection reporting procedure, technical queries, Daily Quality Progress Report, Concrete Pour Log Summary

• Interacting with clients to understand their specific requirements and execute projects accordingly
• Conceptualizing/ implementing cost reduction measures to contain expenditure within budgetary provisions
• Undertaking activities related to:
• Preparation of tentative quality inspection request schedule, daily quality progress report, concrete pour log summary and (QMR) quality monthly report
• Implementation of quality plan, inspection & test plans and maintain all quality related documentations such as non-conformance report, audit report, Q.C. dossiers, etc.
• Internal Quality Audit; tracking the percentage of completion of inspection request schedule

• Actively involved in inspections, witnessing & hold released for excavation, base compaction, blinding form work, rebar, concrete pours, from striking, surface preparation, bitumen coatings, backfilling, installation of shims, grouting of base plates, masonry blocks laying, grouting of hollow blocks, finishing works, etc.

• Responsible for applying company’s quality assurance procedures and system as per ISO 9000:2000, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9004:2000 and ISO 10005:1995
