Responsibilities 

  • Monitoring vital signs of patients
  • Review symptoms to assist the physician for further procedure’s and follow physician’s orders 
  • Administering medications and documents 
  • Maintaining patient records using risk assessment tools 
  • Respond to emergency situations where patients life threatening condition by following correct procedure.

                                                  

  • Educating patients and family members on regarding discharge plans and review with multidisciplinary team for further care
