Dear Sir / Madam, 
As a brief background, I am working with AK Capital Finance, Mumbai, India in the credit function and specialize in evaluation of investment proposals (real estate and non-real estate) from a credit perspective. In addition, I also overlook the asset management function (including monitoring of construction and sales progress, flow of funds from escrow accounts, group debt, group sales and collection) for the real estate book. I have successfully executed various residential and commercial transactions and exited from all of them without any delinquencies (even during covid times). 
I have also contributed to various investment banking transactions in NBFC, warehousing, logistics, entertainment and real estate sectors. I have built various financial models to undertake complex scenario analysis. In addition to real estate, I assist AK Capital with its special initiatives e.g. setting up of AIF and financial analysis of various corporates.

I am a Chartered Accountant and have completed MBA from Indian School of Business. Prior to my MBA, I was working with PwC and KPMG wherein I used to advise private equity / venture capital funds on various tax and regulatory matters in relation to making investments in India and I was managing a portfolio of clients with complete responsibility for the P&L.
