I am Anil Kumar Singh, HSE Manager having working experience more than 19 years. 

Experienced in Super Critical / Critical / Thermal Power Plant projects / Operations / Shutdown / Maintenance, High Rise buildings, Heavy Mining Equipment (Engineering / Service / Maintenance etc.), Water Treatment Plants, Effluent Treatment Plant, Mines, Mall and Water Resort, Oil and Gas Construction Project, Road, Factories, Warehouses, Joinery Division, Plant and Machinery Division, Solar Power Project, Switch Yard and Transmission Lines Project etc. I have working experience with Al Faraa Group (UAE), Adani Group (IN), GMMCO CATERPILLAR (IN), BAJAJ Group (LPGCL), TOSHIBA Group etc. I Can ready to accept new assignment. 

Presently working with Toshiba JSW Power Systems Pvt Ltd (TJPS) for about 3.5 years during which I supervising/ monitoring Multi National Contractors’ & International Contractors’ HSE teams working for TJPS project. Trained Contractors’ safety officers in the Construction field by demonstrating cases on ground of best safety practices and good economic sense to improve their competency and performance while doing continuous evaluation of conditions and activities at work site.
Successfully improved safety within Multi National Contractors’ & International Contractors’ working for TJPS (e.g., TPSC(I), Fortuna, BGR Energy, Sukan Engineering, Techno Engineering, Tech Master, J.P. Associates, etc. during my service with TJPS. Reduced incident/ accident rates only some cases to minimal. Changed people’s behavior and attitude towards safety from management level to employees, and achieved a positive commitment to the way people think about safety. Produced effective Safety, Health & Environmental programs for individual companies. Committed project management teams to effecting and eliminating hazards/ risks. Ensured progressive motivation and continual safety training within the workplace. Identified common elements of success within the workplace and benchmarked successful companies. Reviewed HSE Policies and Procedures/ Manuals, Emergency Response Procedures and advised to improve, where required.

In the last four years i.e. from 2018 to 2021 - NTPC has awarded Best Safety Conscious Agency and Safety Officer award at Darlipali site to Toshiba among other top companies i.e. Tata Projects, Siemens, L&T, BHEL, B&R, Indwell, Vasavi Electricals, Mukund, Hitachi, B&R etc.

We have completed more than 60 Lakhs Safe Man-hours during the STG Construction / Pre-commissioning / Commissioning / Maintenance Activities. 

We have complied and maintained the norms of State Government and Central Government and have complied on time. Also, NTPC awarded us for being the only agency who complied 100% of the observation (Unsafe Acts or Conditions) in a timely manner and reporting on time.
