  • Developing and implementing key strategies for the purchase of materials from sources; achieving cost reduction in procurement and packaging.
  • Preparing, processing the requisitions & purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

  • Participating in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
  • Preparing MIS reports of inward / outward logistics with a view to appraise top management and users of the routine inventory management activities.

Inventory Management / Warehousing

  • Tracking & maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required. 
  • Managing the inventory levels thereby ensuring optimum use of inventory. 
  • Planning and monitoring warehouse operations of receipt, storage, return of unsold stock, inventory control and monitoring inbound logistics. 
  • Monitoring transactions between inward and outward raw materials.

Man Management

  • Assessing the training needs of the various employees in co-ordination with the various department heads in the respective departments. 
  • Coaching employees, appraising and reviewing their performance and ensuring optimum performance.

  • B.Com. from Annamalai University in 1999.     
  • I.T.I. in Computer Software & System Analysis from Pusa Institute, New Delhi in 1997.
  • Diploma in Computer Software & System Analysis from Don Bosco Technical Institute, New Delhi in 1996.
  • Intermediate from UP Board, Aligarh in 1994.
  • SSC from CBSE, New Delhi in 1992.
