I wish to apply for the post of headmistress/school Coordinator. I have completed my master’s in Economics, cleared CTET, and B.ed from Swami Vivekanand College. I graduated from Mumbai University in Commerce. I am qualified in the Montessori teaching diploma and advanced ECCED course. I have completed my Jolly Phonics and jolly grammar level. I have been in the field of education for the last 22 years.  Currently, I am working as headmistress Sprig Buds CP Goenka International School, Ulwe. I have always been passionate about school education has given me a sufficient grounding in understanding the present scenario in school education and also in understanding the fundamental needs of children.

I have organized workshops and conferences in the organization's I have worked. I have also attended seminars and conferences, held by Cambridge.

I see myself as a visionary and an outstanding educationist with leadership qualities. I have introduced innovation and new pedagogic practices in the present school I work for. I have been involved with recruitment, administration, admissions, data collection student inquiries, classroom management, vendor negotiation, event planning, and hospitality.

I am competent in leading and managing a team. I feel that with vast experience in academic teaching, curriculum designing, designing training modules, etc, I could be the best candidate for the post.

Given a leadership position, I am determined to take the organization to greater heights with the knowledge, potential, and vision I have for the growth and development of the organization as well as ensuring deliverables to satisfaction. I possess all the mentioned qualities of a leader. I shall put in my best efforts to contribute to different aspects of school education which would make it one of the best and unique schools in terms of imparting knowledge, and values to children and becoming a leader in the field of education.
