 Responsible for payroll processing of 4000+ ADP US associates on a biweekly basis
 Handling all payroll related activities for an associate from hire to retire.
 Working on new hires, internal transfers, terminations or any other changes to associate status.
 Ensuring proper pay rates and individual payroll changes are received and entered into the system to ensure the accuracy
of individual pay checks.
 Uploading time and attendance data into the payroll system and reviewing them for accuracy.
 Calculating and processing the final pay including PTO accruals when an associate is terminated.
 Working closely with the other teams in the HR department on the flow of information between the system.
 Placing stop payment and Direct Deposit reversal on special requests from the associate and reissuing the payment
through ACH or manual check.
 Calculating retroactive payments and processing them in the payroll.
