Responsible for payroll processing of 4000+ ADP US associates on a biweekly basis
Handling all payroll related activities for an associate from hire to retire.
Working on new hires, internal transfers, terminations or any other changes to associate status.
Ensuring proper pay rates and individual payroll changes are received and entered into the system to ensure the accuracy
of individual pay checks.
Uploading time and attendance data into the payroll system and reviewing them for accuracy.
Calculating and processing the final pay including PTO accruals when an associate is terminated.
Working closely with the other teams in the HR department on the flow of information between the system.
Placing stop payment and Direct Deposit reversal on special requests from the associate and reissuing the payment
through ACH or manual check.
Calculating retroactive payments and processing them in the payroll.
Training and mentoring team members on all the payroll activities.
Preparing and maintaining SOP and process related documents to be used while performing daily activities
