Having 7 years experience in the field of Aquaculture especially  Shrimp breeding, Spawning, larval production from nauplii to post larvae, Nursery rearing, Live feed culture, Disease screening, microbiological and water quality analysis, reports (Data) management. 

• Livefeed culture such as microalgae and artemia.
• Isolation of microalgae (Thalassiosira weissiflogii and chaetoceros calcitrons).
• water preparation for hatchery operation.
• Followup hatchery biosecurity protocols.
• Following Best management practices in hatchery.
• Importing Post larvae and Broodstock from overseas and maintaining in Aquatic quarantine facility and screening of OIE listed shrimp pathogens.
• Shrimp post larvae importing from Oceanic institute, Hawaii and rearing until adult shrimp with RAS.
• Present Working as a young professional under the project: Genetic improvement program of Indian white shrimp.
