UK Client – Home Line PC Implementation
Role:  Offshore QA Lead
Duration: Jan 2021 – Till date
The client is one of the leading UK registered mutual insurance company. It underwrites more than £1.5 billion (2018) in annual premium in life and general insurance lines for rural communities within the UK.

Responsibilities:
Worked as a Test Lead for the release and coordinated the release wide activities between offshore and onshore.
Review test scenario/test cases with client and business team.
Involved in publishing QA weekly dashboard, daily dashboard, and risks/dependencies for all workstreams with leadership team. 
Practice Agile Methodology & successfully mentored, implemented, and incorporated SCRUM principles (daily sprints, sprint review meetings, sprint retrospective meetings)
Reviewed test cases written by team members and provided comments
Attending daily scrum call, discussion call related to testing updates, requirement analysis or any project related activities.

Expand the current Commercial Auto on AFHI’s multi-line platform to include 9 additional states [AZ, UT, ID, MS, DE, MT, ND, SD, WV]. 

Responsibilities:
Developed a rating automation tool and provided a demo to the Team. This tool helped in saving 50% execution efforts.
I have been part of streamlining the process of Test deliverables within the project. Text Execution Status tracker is being maintained along with defect tracker.
I have communicated issues between the teams effectively and helped them to resolve the issues.
I have highlighted risks, dependencies and challenges faced by the Offshore team daily.
I have been sending a completion Status report to the Onshore team.
I have maintained Good Rapport across the Onshore and Offshore team. Also followed up with Development and BA teams so that Sprint ends successfully.

The client is one of the Insurance Company who underwrites Professional Liability, as well as Commercial property and GL for Dentists. Additional coverages written by TDIC include: Employment Practices Liability, Commercial Property, Employment Practices Liability and Cyber Suite Liability. It also underwrites Workers’ Compensation. It provides a full-service brokerage that places disability, health, life, long-term care, cyber security, and other coverages in Washington, or IDIA, a full-service brokerage that places workers’ comp, disability, health, life, long-term care, and other coverages in Idaho with outside carriers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible of streamlining the process of Test deliverables across the Sprints for CC. 
Timely communicated issues between the teams effectively and helped them to resolve the issues.
I have highlighted risks, dependencies and challenges faced by Offshore team daily.

The client is a principal supplier of property/casualty and Commercial products. The main objective for implementation is to document and configure the changes needed to support the applications and systems needed to support the future state. Guidewire Claim Center:  To manage end-to-end claims life cycle, process of reporting and verifying and making payments on claims against a policy.
Responsibilities:
Set the QA process for LTC track and created Induction Manual which would help new joiners. Provided KT for all new joiners. Created LTC Process matrix to help team members to follow the process without fail.
Handled team of 10 members. Assigned tasks to the Offshore QA team and ensured they are completed on time.
Always available for LTC meetings.
Sent Daily status reports to Onshore team.
Prepared JIRA reporting on daily basis.
Resolved people issues within the team and ensured there is no impact in QA deliverables.
Followed up with Development and BA teams so that Sprint ends successfully.
