I am a generalist with a penchant for playing multiple roles and well versed in all the three areas of software development - Technology, Domain and Customer which in my view are the key success factors in today's world.

With a BE in computer science I have 18 years of It experience cutting across both product and services side of the enterprise. My key traits are - 

• Ability to elicit requirements from both clients and product owners and document it holistically in order for the various stakeholders to get a clear view of the product being created.
• Ability to work with clients and help them throughout the product development, deployment and post production journey.
• Ability to lead and nurture a team to bring out optimum output.
• Ability to envision a product and foresee all aspects of the product

My key expectation in the new role is to work in a multi cultural environment that has a very good focus on learning which will propel my career to the next level. 

I started my career with Virtusa India Pvt Ltd as a software developer working on Java projects. Later, I moved up the management stream as a Project Lead. I went on to take up multiple roles , that of Project Manager, Business Analyst and Product Manager. I have worked on multiple domains like health care, legal, e-learning, payments, chatbot, audience measurement etc. Some of the key products that I have worked on include Citi bank e-statements, Dialogview, Payment Hub and Envoy
