I am working as a Snr Manager in RMS / WMG function with Infogain for over three years. With an total exp of 12.5 years I have 10yrs exp in Resources management & 5 years exp as HRBP.
My Expertise - Setting up WMG from Scratch / Upgrading or defining WMG process & Policies / Make use of available data for Analysis/ Automation of WMG process and reports./ PowerBi Dashboards.

• Analysing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans.
• Collaborating with project managers, department heads and stakeholders(Sales / Presales / Practice’s) to understand resource requirements and project timelines. For ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Developing and implementing resource planning strategies to align resource allocation with project demands and organisational goals.
• Evaluate project timelines, budgets and resource constraints to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
• Optimising resource utilisation by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation.
• Maintaining accurate resource records and documentation, including resource schedules, utilisation reports and allocation decisions.
• Monitoring resource utilisation trends and proactively adjusting to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Conducting regular assessments of resource performance, productivity and capacity to identify areas for improvement.
• Providing guidance and support to project teams in resource-related matters, including staffing, skill requirements and resource acquisition.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, procurement and other relevant departments to ensure timely deployment of resources as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve resource-related conflicts, negotiate resource sharing and balance competing priorities.
• Implement and maintain resource management tools, systems and processes to enhance visibility, transparency and efficiency.
• Create strategies to develop new resource supply channels and fulfil un-forecasted
demand
• Work with stakeholders such as Delivery Managers to understand the skills
and areas for development for all assigned resources and upcoming opportunities
• Report to stakeholders on fulfilment of critical accounts
• Enable internal Build pipeline for niche skills
