For such a profile, I am responsible for drafting the legal notice, replies to notices, claim petition i.e. SOC, SOD, Rejoinder, Replication, Applications, Section 11, 8 and 9, section 29A conducting extensive research work, breafing and assisting seniors.

Has experience in other civil and criminal matters. In earlier firms I have also drafted Writ Petitions, Maintenance petition, Legal notices, furloughs, parole and others. Appeared before High Court, District Courts and other foras through physical as well as virtual modes.
