Earlier, in my academic roles as Assistant Professor for Personality Development, English, and Communication Skills, as well as Training Coordinator and Academic Director, I crafted structured learning frameworks, facilitated workshops, and conducted faculty development programs that enriched student and faculty capabilities alike. My tenure in academic institutions has also included mentorship, internship and placement coordination, and the development of industry-academia engagement strategies to prepare learners for real-world success.

As a Lead Corporate Recruiter and HR Business Partner, I have worked extensively on campus engagement, onboarding, performance coaching, and employee engagement initiatives. These experiences have strengthened my ability to align learning outcomes with business goals and create holistic development strategies.

With 19 years of experience, including the last 3 years as an enthusiastic HR professional, an accomplished HR and talent acquisition professional with a proven track record in corporate recruitment, training & development, employee engagement, and academic counseling, she has built a career centered around people and organizational growth. With expertise spanning across corporate hiring, campus recruitment, performance management, and HR operations, I thrive on creating impactful talent strategies that align with business objectives.

In her role as a Lead Corporate Recruiter, she spearheaded PAN India campus hiring initiatives, collaborating with premier institutes to attract and nurture fresh talent. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, she streamlined internal hiring and talent mobility while leveraging data-driven recruitment strategies through ATS and HR analytics to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Her role as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) liaison enabled me to drive employee engagement, retention programs, and performance management while fostering strong relationships with business leaders to align workforce strategies with company goals.

Previously, as Assistant Manager – Training & Development, she led in-house and outbound training programs, developing industry-academic linkages and managing talent acquisition and onboarding efforts. she played a key role in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination of benefits administration and HRIS management. Additionally, she managed branding, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance mass communication strategies and actively coordinated government-led initiatives such as the Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and TDD Project.

With a background in higher education and academic career counseling, she has held pivotal roles in internship and placement coordination, guiding students toward career success. My tenure at GSFC University involved identifying training needs, developing corporate relations, implementing career counseling programs, and executing placement strategies to bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations. By fostering MOU partnerships and organizing industrial visits, she ensured that students gained real-world exposure and career-ready skills.

Her earlier experience as Assistant Professor for Personality Development, Communication Skills and English, Academic Director and Training Coordinator further honed my ability to develop learning frameworks, cognitive pedagogy, conduct workshops, manage admissions, and execute faculty development programs. Through strong coordination and leadership, she effectively enhanced student and faculty engagement, ensuring academic excellence and career progression.
