Anooja Srivastava

I am currently working as a Manager (Law), at IFCI Infrastructure Development Limited, New Delhi since February 2016 and heading the Legal department of the Company.  Looking for an opportunity which can provide me growth and exposure in the areas of my practice.

While working in IFCI Infrastructure Development Limited, I am handling all litigations concerning IIDL, providing legal support to the management of IIDL, advising management on approvals, permissions and licenses in relation to its projects and dealing with customers on legal aspects, assisting and advising the management of IIDL on legal implication of the decisions. I have been members of tender committees and various other committees in order to keep alignment with the legal perspective. Also, appointed as Member and Presiding Officer of Internal Complaint Committee, Central Public Information Officer and Risk Officer of the Company.

In addition, I have ample experience in drafting & vetting of legal documents and legal research. I have worked on several group projects, which have given me the skills to work well in a team environment. Working in these projects, has given me crucial skills such as understanding team dynamics, time management, task management and coordinating with people with different views.  I am a conscientious, dedicated, vibrant self-motivated qualified lawyer with well-rounded experience in my working area.

I have done my LL.B (5 Years) from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. Thereafter,  I have cleared  All India Bar Council examination.
