Hi, I am a technology product owner with over 18 years of experience in agile product /platform management, business systems analysis and project management. I hold certifications as A-CSPO (Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner), PMP (Project Management Professional), and Pendo Product Manager. For the past two years, I have been working with the New Zealand public sector as a senior product owner to the Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) at the Department of Internal Affairs and as a business analyst with the Department of Corrections. Throughout my career have been in customer facing roles leading, proposing, designing, planning, building/integrating, and delivering digital products , platform services (on premise, web/cloud i.e SAAS and PAAS). I possess subject matter expertise in various industry sectors, including IoT telecom, regulatory services (Class 4 Gambling and pharma co-vigilance), managed print services (MPS), human capital management (HCM), healthcare, and customer relationship management systems (CRM). Moreover, I have strong hold on software development life cycle leading stakeholders from project initiation until project closure by monitoring and controlling of scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
