Multisite Leadership: Lead teams of Assistant Managers & Executives in multiple locations, driving facilities and admin operations to achieve high efficiency and compliance.
Strategic Expansion Leadership: Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and channel partners to secure priority access to prime properties. Oversee market research, competitive benchmarking, and rental trend analysis to guide decision making. Stakeholder & Developer Relations: Liaise with landlords and developers for office expansion, oversee drafting and renewal of agreements, and ensure closure of capital investments and deeds.
SOP & Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for facilities management across the organization.
Transition Management: Successfully led the transition from 23,000 sq. ft. to 328,000 sq. ft. super built-up area in under 2 years; increased seating from 300+ to 3,200+, supporting exponential business growth.
Workforce Planning: Implement strategic workforce management— scheduling, resource optimization, compliance, and time tracking for improved productivity and cost control.
Budget & Reporting: Prepare and oversee capital and expense budgets, ensuring timely, accurate submissions of MIS and monthly reports. Vendor & General Maintenance Oversight: Manage vendor relations and general maintenance activities to maintain high operational standards.
Project & Event Management: Handle travel desk, major client/project visits, events, and conferences (travel, hotel, logistics, and on-site experience).
Cafeteria & Pantry Services: Oversee food vendor coordination, kitchen hygiene, menu planning, and feedback systems.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure proper functioning and compliance of access control, CCTV, FAS, fire extinguishers, PA, and all electro-mechanical systems (UPS, DG, Transformer, HVAC).
Support to Business Verticals: Deliver responsive facility support to business development, vertical heads, and cross-functional team
