I am an experienced Security Professional with an immense 18yrs of experience in the security field, most of the years of experience is at the Managers and International level, i work with a diverse team of nationalities and holds the pride of keeping the team united as one successful team. I currently handle a team of 34 of which Deputy reports to me directly, followed by Security officers, Supervisors & Guards.

I am fully trained in many aspects of security which includes Advanced firefighting, First aid, CPR including infant CPR, evidence preservation, X-screening, physical combat to defensive security equipment's. 

I am currently working as a Chief Security Officer/ Security manager for Royal Caribbean International and have been in the current position for 9 years, I started with Royal in 2006 as a Security Guard and came up to the highest rank in 5 years.

I am the 1st Indian to be selected as a Chief Security Officer in Royal Caribbean among Israelis, Britishers and US citizens.

I am well respected by the management and hold a very strong influence among them. 

I ve done 2 and half years Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technology from Indian Technical Institute in my home city Panaji Goa.

Currently i am pursuing Higher Secondary through national Institute of Open School - India

I am also pursuing Certified Protection Professional - Security Diploma through ASIS certification United states - expected to complete the course by May/June 2022.
