I have a work experience of 22 years.I have served in reputed organizations  and has been in the leadership position for past few years.I served in Symbiosis International University(Noida Campus) for 10 years and currently I am Dean School of Humanities and Social Sciences and Director IQAC at Sharda University.

I have been actively engaged in MDP and EDP for various MNC's and have few good research papers to my credit.

Prof (Dr.) Anubha Vashisht is working as a Professor and Director IQAC and  has been Dean School of Humanities and Social Sciences. Prior to this she was Director at Symbiosis International University, Noida Campus. She has a total work experience of 22 years with a blend of academic and corporate experience. She has been in leadership roles for almost 12 years. After working with many leading FMCG players she moved to academia to share her experience with the young learners. She has conducted Management Development Programmes, Corporate trainings and Workshops. She has been associated extensively with Research & Consultancy assignments for reputed corporates. She has almost 30+ research papers in high impact factor journals, 6 books, 5 Industry projects and almost 90+ consultancies.  She also handled International Consultancy assignments at Telxess Consulting Services (P) Ltd. Institution building and championing new initiatives has been her forte. 

She has been awarded best Dean in 2020 by FICCI and was awarded Certificate of Excellence by TSAR Head Training on meeting the performance Standards of Pharmaceutical Sales and Skills in October, 2004

She was also Awarded Gold Medal by Himachal Pradesh Sanskritic Samiti for Excellence in the field of Social Sciences.

She is a recognized guide and external expert for the doctoral programs at various renowned universities. She is also a motivational speaker and has conducted workshops on topics like Creative Decision Making, Habits of Successful people, Business Plan, Self-Management. She is the member of Academic Council and Board of Studies at the University Level. Besides this she is on editorial board of many International Journals.

Dr Anubha Vashisht has completed her Ph.D in Social Science from MJP Rohilkhand University. She is a gold medalist and merit holder during her Post graduation from Himachal Pradesh University. She furthered her education by completing her double Post graduation, MBA and Masters in Sociology. She is a graduate from Himachal University.
