An IT professional with 3.7 years of experience in functional testing specializing in the Cards and Payments domain, currently working as a Quality Associate in BAU project for the second largest Bank in Saudi Arabia. Job Roles and Responsibilities: 

Prepared and reviewed Detailed Test Plans for 80% of the active CRDs. 

Engaged in the active testing of core card features including Card On-boarding-revolving, charge & prepaid cards, Card Inquiry, and Account Maintenance, alongside Transaction Posting, Settlement, and dispute management in SIT and UAT environments. 

Collaborated on the integration with downstream applications such as Internet banking, Mobile banking, CRM, and Core Banking System(RBS). 

Tested card functionalities for 20+ card products on Cortex post-product migration from Prime Interface. 

Experienced in preparing VISAIN files and calculating Murabaha profit (Interest). 

Generated and validated statements, reports, notifications (Mobile In-app & SMS Portal), Direct Debit, and Collections. 

Delivered business presentations to Clients and senior management on test results regularly, approximately once every two weeks. 

Initiatives:

Conducted Cortex training sessions for 8 teams, aimed at enhancing cross-departmental skills across the BU. 

Spearheaded a team of 5 resources on the technical front, conducting banking payment workshops.

Graduated from Sathyabama University with B.E/B.TECH in Electronics and Communication Engineering with a CGPA of 9.47
