In terms of education, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech). After completing my undergraduate studies, I pursued an MBA with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Finance. Additionally, I have obtained certification in AutoCAD, showcasing my proficiency in this design software. 

In terms of professional experience, I worked at Super Nova Kepler from June 2020 to May 2022. During my time there, I held the position of a Team Leader in the sales department. My responsibilities included hiring sales executives for third-party roles in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector and providing training to enhance their skills and abilities. 

Afterwards, I joined Byjus in June 2022 as a Business Development Trainee and Educational Counsellor. This role allowed me to gain insights into the educational industry and develop skills in building client relationships. 

Currently, I am employed at Z Shared Group as a Team Leader, a position I have held since August 2022. In this role, my primary tasks involve recruiting new sales executives for my team and providing them with the necessary training to excel in their roles. 

However, despite my experience in the sales and business development fields, I have a strong desire to transition back into mechanical engineering. My educational background and past experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation in this field, and I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge in a mechanical engineering role.
