I have an experience of nineteen years in which I have founded startups, raised funds, led cross- functional programs, managed multi- tier teams, devised content and branding strategies, created reams of copy and content.

While exploring the world of civil and meaningful conversations, I established the offline wing of LoudST, a social conversation platform. I went on to organise and moderate in-person conversations in urban and rural setups on subjects ranging from social media, climate change to privilege and mob justice.  

A program that gave me sleepless nights and restless days was the org- wide, exhaustively cross-functional rebranding program of Snapdeal, a hugely satisfying program at the end of day.

I am comfortable with dynamically changing setups. I am comfortable setting up teams from scratch or leading even a borrowed team.

I am looking for exciting leadership roles where I can take different people together towards a common goal.  

19 years of experience across corporates, startups, freelance work and my own startups. The recognisable employers in my career are IBM and Snapdeal. 

DOEACC ‘A’ level. I cleared all the papers of DOEACC ‘B’ level too but never came to submitting the project. Yes, I do have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications.
