· Developing implementing them for new products to assess the shelf life.
· Test raw materials and finished goods to ensure product quality.
· Checking and analyzing quality parameters. And monitor process control activities.
· Conducting study of the products with respects of quality aspects, shelf life and sensory evaluation
· Lead manufacturing trials to commercialize the products.
· Planning of production of different products and effective utilization of manpower.
· Conducting frequent visual inspections at production area, checks for abnormal conditions and support to operate unit in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, in accordance with industry standards, environmental restrictions, Equipment manufacturer’s recommendations and standard operating procedures.
· Possess the flexibility for commissioning and operate new equipment’s.
· Maintaining Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (fssai) and other important product records.
· Manage transport trials for newly manufactured products.
· Work / monitor with hazardous chemicals for plant outside cleaning with proper PPE.
· Prepare daily and weekly reports on activities carried out and also prepare progress reports.
