I am a person who aspires to contribute in the field of quality education and research. 

I have obtained descent subjective knowledge which has enabled me to clear Two national level examinations for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) conducted by Advance Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) and Wildlife Institute of India (WII) India (Project Position)

Down the line, I had joined as a Lecturer in Department of Zoology, Elphinstone College, University of Mumbai which has enhanced the skills of application-based teaching using ICT tools and management of students. Later, I have joined Srushtidnyan a environment-based NGO as an Assistant Project Scientist, wherein I have worked on a CSR project named Restoration of critically endangered species of Mangrove. During this tenure I was actively involved in conducting lecture on environmental sciences and related issues to school and undergraduate students.

Subsequently, I have Joined Wildlife Institute of India as a Project Associate-I, in “Uttarakhand State Wildlife Population Estimation in Himalayan Zone” This Project has given me the opportunity to do the population estimation of wildlife species in the lower and mid Himalayan regions (>1,000m to <3500m) of the state through Camera Trapping, Socioeconomic Survey, Scat Collection and Line Transect Method. This has enabled me to attain deeper understanding of the wildlife species habitat and behavior

With reference to my educational background, I did my Graduation in Zoology (Honours) from University of Delhi, India. Subsequently, I did my Post Graduation in Zoology from University of Mumbai, India. In accordance with Master’s course work I also did a novel solo research project which landed me to win GOLD medal in prestigious Avishkar Research Convention 2017 in the Inter-Collegiate competition.

Working in solo novel research work, gave the confidence to work independently and developed the skills to analyse research papers quickly. In addition, the experience equipped me to plot the data with statistical norms and measuring the errors associated with it
