Cross Functional co-ordination with Buying team, Store Staff, Vendors and DC Team
 To ensure the availability of product in line with agreed dates.
Strengthening Supplier network through rigorous control & coordination.
Maintaining an optimum stock holding in a store category-wise
 Timely replenishment of stocks both from supplier end and warehouse
Margin analysis; Stock cover; Analysing Actual achievements; Ageing stock; 
Discounts; etc
 Placing re-orders of existing ranges with Sales Analysis
 Co-ordination with vendors (Private Labels & Brands) for stock reorders
Taking care of online business on @home website and partner websites like Flipkart,
Amazon.
Taking various actions like RTV, discounting, inter-store stock transfers & liquidation in 
order to clear stock.
Monitoring repeat buys and flow lines.

Master in business Management in Finance, GNIMS, Mumbai in 2017 with 65%
Bachelor of Commerce, Mumbai University (S.K Somaiya College) in 2010 with 
77.14%
HSC, Maharashtra State Board (S.K Somaiya College) in 2007 with 72.33%SSC, Maharashtra State Board (Utkarasha Bal Mandir school) in 2005 with 70.83%
