JOB PROFLE: 
Working with team on Day and night operation for Hyderabad location
Working on all the reports for day and night shift
Working on operation issues with the process and vendor team
Handling team and assign work for the team
Working with client in designing the shift and shift categories
Full knowledge in Moveinsync application (Routing, Shift categories, reports)
Working with Billing team on the trip validation
Attending the meeting on daily basis with client and process as per the requirements
Preparation of ADHOC and No-show reports
Working with transport lead on daily basis call on the transport operation discussions 
Routing and allocation of trip to the vendor.

Working with Moveinsync team for the shift updates profile creation and all the related Moveinsync quarries.
Preparation of roster and allocation for every 1 hour for login and logout.
Deployment of vehicle in the logout area
Checking Mail and revert for all the ADHCO with appropriate manager approval and updating the same in the roster.
Following the time and complete the target on time with checking email preparing roster and giving the print to the roster.   
Working for employee transport operation
Working with Vehicle management vendor for the cab allocation on pickup and drop.
Preparing the reports OTA, OTD, Incident reports monthly reports.
Working on employee issue and resolving the issue raise by the employee in exultation matrix.
Ability of working with team as the teamwork and coordinate with team in all the transport operation.

Check on escort request ensuring all lady employee last drop are provided guards in the Safety& Security of employees, Driver & Escort guard briefing.
Follow up with the vendor ensuring cab available in the bay for drops. Supervise Daily Transport Operations in Day and Night.
MIS Transport Billing in charge for all the cab running for the company requirement.
Performing multiple roles including management completion of the pallet sorting system, overseeing all pallet production from building /repairing to shipping and receiving, working closely with owners on new projects
Adhering to and enforcing all applicable company, state, federal safety, and environmental regulations.
Providing direct supervision, staffing, training, coaching and mentoring fellow managers and direct reports to achieve operational goals.
Developing and implementing local work procedures as necessary to reduce productivity loss.

Controlling inventory, balances, and logistics of all products that relate to the operation associated with the fracturing and acidizing crew at all time.

Responsible for ensuring that the facilities meet the needs of employees and tenants.
Lead for facilities strategic planning, day-to-day operations and assessment of the condition of the facility.
Ensuring a positive work environment to support staffing, recruitment, retention, motivation, and productivity. 
Created a facility department manual to document service level expectations for staff. 
Preparing business cases, providing supporting documentation and financial reports, to justify expenditure and new contracts.
Ensuring the maintenance, cleanliness, upkeep of the entire facility (inside & out),
Handling alone the Log sheet entry for the vendors 
Having years of experience in micro soft excel for Transport billing.
Making the VLOOKUP for the routing and deducting the kilometer as per the kilometer updated in the log sheets
Handling transport billing for around all vehicles individually. 
Skills in the MS excel with well know formula and pivots.
Attending meetings with transport SPOCE for the entire transport quarry.
Coordination of mail and responding mails with immediate effect.
Working as Night Mode for logistic and facilities.
Induction and replacements of the cabs by checking background details. Cab Compliance checks - random as per checklist.
Ensure reports & Routes daily/Weekly are generated.
Knowledge on Hyderabad areas, routes Preparation.

2) Resolving Customer Query
3) Cabs and Drivers Compliance/audit.
4) Sharing Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS with business and leadership.
5) Floor huddles (Open house session)
6) Route and Fleet planning
7) Accident / Incident handling and reporting.
8) Helpdesk Management
9) Record Management.

Organizing training for drivers and vendor staff.
To ensure that the 1st Pick up is tracked in each shift, arrange foe backup cabs in case of Breakdown.
Transport Vendor Management.
Ensure availability of Cabs 30 min prior to departures.
Ensure that the drop roasters have tag numbers and placed accordingly in drop area.
To ensure that all cabs are GPS Compliant during Pickup and Drop.
To ensure presence during departure time.
To ensure proper handover data shift wise and the same to be maintained.
Maintain records of all-important transport reports.
Ensure proper checking on all the cabs at departure area through security.
No show data Management
Transport process adherence.
Good working knowledge of Excel.
Ability to respond on Mails.
Foresight Ability to plan and respond to emergencies.
