• Led a team of 20 members (3 teams) of Production, Enhancement, Testing, and Support. Allocated tasks, provided 1:1 mentoring, planned growth related to their career, and trained on user experience and soft skills.
• Gathered and analyzed the business requirements, converted business requirements into software requirements, documented the details, scheduled meetings with development and QA teams.
• Managed change/release aspects, coordinated changes, and led disaster recovery planning with stakeholders and the IT team. Guided the implementation of daily backups in the application.
• Maintained focus on customer service and quality. 86.67% of satisfied customers cleared AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) and gave clearance to upgrade the product. That led to fewer complaints from clients. Client complaints decreased by 203.69%.
• Devised long-term plans for multi-product environments, improving team efficiency and accelerating product release cycles using Kanban system. Established a year-wise roadmap for our CBE and LMS product by coordinating with multiple stakeholders, teams and by tracking the progress.
• Prioritized and successfully launched IonLMS (Learning Management System), which was critical to more than 23+ educational institutes during the pandemic.
• Showcased UX designs and solutions to senior management, participated in product design review meetings, and analyzed existing products to determine user-critical points.
• Worked on user flows, site maps, wireframes, and low-fidelity mockups based on proven methodologies, and incorporated end-user feedback.
