As a Product Owner for HR Systems and also managing the team as Subject Matter Expert for Workday, I am responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for various HR-related systems and Vendor Management as well. My role includes handling bigger Workday projects(Comp reviews), being the SME for anything workday configuration and gathering/analyzing customer needs, prioritizing features based on business value and impact, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Additionally, I am responsible for creating and maintaining product roadmaps, conducting market research, and providing product demonstrations to stakeholders. Through my role, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and project management skills that have enabled me to successfully deliver impactful HR solutions to support the organization's goals.

• Skilled in gathering and analyzing customer needs, prioritizing features based on business value and impact, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering impactful HR solutions to support organizational goals.
• Proficient in configuration and troubleshooting of HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, with experience working as a Workday Analyst and HRIS Operations Analyst for organizations with 10,000+ employees.
