I have been working to expertise my passion in Public Relations/ Customer Relationship through various opportunities that have attain in past few years. 

Starting my very first Job as an Accountant in an FMCG firm Dubai & my passion towards meeting people forced me to change my Role to Business Development Executive I had started my career by meeting most of hoteliers and other Potential people. 

I have experience in other sectors as Media Production & Automotive sectors. Excitingly I had received opportunities in every sectors till date as Customer Relationship Manager and as ASM in which I had a chance to communicate & help out with every queries without any stress or any other elevation on situations. All these years of experience I have leveled me up to work in any circumstances. 

I have 9 years of experience working in Sales. 

2014 Business development executive for an FMCG firm in Dubai, we supplied Dairy products, Fruits and Vegetables, Meats to 60% of the Hotels Resorts in UAE. Being in the business it was necessary to have a good relationship with all the Purchasers, Chefs & equally Finance Dept. A planned routine meetings were scheduled to meet and greet existing clients and other Potential outlets too. 

2016 Business development executive Media

A in-house media production and ad agency, had multiple works on corporate ad production s and creating content s towards special Events. Conversions of small individual firms for there ad productions. 

Large events coverage and Public relations were also an important role to have access towards creating great content. 

2018 Purchase Executive MOBH. 

MOBH is a group owns a chain of Buildings, Real estate, Charity Organization and more. Had an opportunity to work as Purchaser & Personal Assistant for Mr. OBH. 

Daily schedule chartings to travel bookings, purchase of listed items & Time management. 

2021 Customer Relationship Manager Mahindra Auto. India 

Being in an Automotive Sector with most selling vehicle units was challenging and exciting since my intrest towards Automotive service sectors is enormous. 

Working as CRM for Mahindra Sales it was necessary to keep a target of “0” Customer Complaints or any negative feedback. 

Daily morning meetings were held on reviewing team staff on customer retention and working as per there request a lot of activities were to be monitored. 

CRM Mahindra Service was bit more challenging as After Service for a brand is more higher for customer Retention, was more challenging as your physical presence were indeed wanted to work as a captain between the Floor team and Customer directly who's in house & additional 100+ direct calls with queries and Concerns was stressful but was manageable with a great team in hand for enquiries assistance as Cre's who were very prompt in assigned tasks. & talented Floor team. I believe a good team work always put out the best.
