About Arman Khan:

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Arman, and I have completed my graduation in Arts from Indira Gandhi National Open University. I have a total of 3 years of professional experience in customer support and sales, where I have worked both as an Executive and as a Team Leader.

I began my journey with IndiaMART in the sales process. I worked for one year as an Executive, where my main responsibility was to connect with customers, explain the services, and help them choose the right solutions for their business. During this time, I developed strong communication skills and learned how to build trust with clients while also achieving my sales targets.

Because of my consistent performance and dedication, IndiaMART promoted me to the role of Team Leader. In this position, I spent one year managing a team of executives, supporting them in achieving their goals, training new members, and making sure the overall process ran smoothly. This role gave me leadership experience and taught me how to motivate a team, handle pressure, and deliver results.

After that, I joined Policy Bazaar, where I worked as a Team Leader for one year in the customer support process. My key responsibilities included guiding my team in resolving insurance-related queries, ensuring accuracy in communication, and maintaining customer satisfaction. I also handled escalations, mentored team members, and created a positive work environment to achieve collective targets.

These experiences have helped me grow as a professional who is hardworking, adaptable, and team-oriented. My long-term goal is to continue my career with a reputed multinational company where I can further develop my leadership skills, contribute to customer satisfaction, and build a long-term professional journey.”
