Hello,
Let me introduce myself. My Name is Arpana Nanda and I'm originally from Jammu & Kashmir, India.
I have been living in the National Capital Region, New Delhi for last 12 years. By profession I have over 12 years of experience in Hospitality. Food and Service has always been my passion. Since, childhood I have been in the kitchen with my parents as both of them are fond of cooking and making many memories of divine goodness. Nothing brings me immense pleasure other than making people have a good time and feel at home wherever they are.
I have worked at a renowned brand called Diva Restaurant run by the famous chef Ritu Dalmia in Delhi. Worked closely with her as an Operations Head and managed all day to day operations for six outlets. Learnt all about Italian cuisine, Wines different types of Cheeses, Meats Etc.
It has always been my dream to move out of India, hence I looked up Ireland and what a beautiful country. I'm hard working and always willing to learn to enhance my skills.
