Wish to apply for the post of assistant professor 

want to apply for the post of Assistant professor as advertised. I have the necessary skills and the qualification required for the post. I have experience in academics as well as in research laboratories and in the corporate world which adds value to my profile.

Recently I completed my Ph.D. in management on the topic" Importance of Employee value proposition in talent acquisition pertaining to the IT sector in Mumbai"

I have a master's degree in organic chemistry I have even worked as an assistant scientist with Anthea aromatics later on pursued MBA in HR from Mumbai University have worked in Allana corporate office in the HR department 

For the last seven years, I have been conducting guest lectures in various management institutes and also I, am heading the training and development department at winsome flora English high school. I have a keen interest in research and teaching my current role gives me an opportunity to explore and experiment with different ways of teaching. 

Phd in management - One of the most important role of an HR person is to get the best talent and to retain them irrespective of any field my topic in phd has just uncovered some of the practices in organisation which is assumed to be attracting and retaining talent whereas it is not the case in reality.
