Have hands on experience as reception customer service and handling walkin clients and worked with EPABX also.
Can handle difficult clients n complex situations and handled all reception duties, couriers incoming mails and calls routing stationary order and all sort of Reception duties I am well aware and have fair experience to handle the reception effectively and providing response in timely manner.
