- PROVIDING MIS REPORT TO THE TOP MANAGEMENT (Records & Report of Financial, Accounts, Fixed assets, etc.):-

- Maintaining Day Book (Cash & Bank), Bank Reconciliation, Follow up with Bank.

- Preparation of Budget & Liability, 

 - Preparation of working capital requirement, Preparation of cash flow statement.

- Raising of Tax invoice to vendors / client.

-Researching to minimize the cost, Negotiation with vendors.

- Generating Accounts Receivable (AR) Statements, Age wise analysis &follow-up to collect the payments.

- Reconciliation of accounts receivable and debtors detail periodically. 

- Generating Account payable (AP) Statements, Age wise analysis as per terms & Conditions to make the payment.

- Reconciliation of accounts payable and creditor’s detail periodically. 

 - Maintaining Debit notes & Credit Notes.

-Reconciliation of Actual sale vs budgeted or achieved sale vs Targeted

 -Reconciliation of Sub contractors Bill with client bill (Paid VS Claimed).

- Reconciliation of revenue ledger.

- Checking, Approving & Releasing Purchase orders and work Orders.

-Auditing of Suppliers Tax Invoice.

- Creating and maintaining vendor Master list.

- Preparation of Profitability and cost statement, Collecting TDS certificate.

- Arranging BG”s and Opening LC”s to vendors / client and Maintain the status.

- Preparing / Generating GST Statement -
