I am Arun Jadhav working as a Resort Manager for Sea Horizon Resort, Bhogave, Dist. Sindhudurg. Completed Hotel management and catering technology from Pad. Dr. D. Y. Patil IHMCT, Pune. I have 16 yrs. Working experience in hospitality industry. Worked with best organizations with best and professional working track record.

Resort Manager. 

Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the resort to ensure positive guest experiences.
Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their fullest potential and deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor operational costs and budget expenditures to ensure financial responsibility
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including but not limited to housekeeping, food & beverage, front desk, activities, and maintenance
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas on a regular basis to ensure they meet or exceed standards.

Operations Manager.

Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.

Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotel.

Hotel premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.

Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.

Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.

Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development

Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.

Responsible for the overall management of the operations of the hotel.

Operations Manager.

Fully responsible for all day-to-day operations of the 3 cafés. 

Setting training standards and hiring procedures.
