Work Scope:

Installation and commissioning of Sprinkler system for accordingly extension of Budling. Chocolate making area, FG Warehouse, RM warehouse. About 1000 sprinklers, Internal Hydrant System, External Hydrant system.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Plan, lead and manage a team of supervisor in implementing the Mechanical and Electrical work for the project from concept stage, assist with design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration and management, testing and commissioning to project completion.

• Preparation Method statement for Fire protection installation, also coordinate with safety for Risk assessment.
• Reports the Project Tracker directly to the project manager by weekly basis.
• Commissioning of Mircom fire alarm panel and Xtralix VESDA panel.
• Attend the MOM & Progress meetings to clients also sub-contractor meetings and follow that meeting points.
• Planning the Schedule for on-going projects. And update in progress report daily basis.
• Follow the safety regulations in site.
• Monitoring of works are compliance to the Specification, Drawings and Standards.
• Ensure the quality standards of sub-contractor’s work.
• Counter-check quantities for sub-contractor’s claim.
• Overall responsibility for all technical issues on Site.
• Daily monitoring of Supervisors and sub-contractors and also manage sub-contractor’s manpower attendance.
• Order the necessary materials at right time for keep the work progress,
• Making measurement reports and claim reports also get approve from the Client,
• Studying drawings and preparing measurements and calculating quantities based on drawings/BOQ. Also prepare the As-Build drawing and submit to design team.
• Moreover, successfully ensure that cost effective and timely project handover.

• Every Sprinkler points installation after I ensure the process all to be done as per the drawing and consider the future other service.
• Excellent knowledge installation of Fire alarm system, Sprinkler Pump Room, Fire Hydrant system, Sprinkler Control Values and its Trim set connections with alarm gong, Pre-Action System, DV-05 Deluge value, FM 200 system.
• Follow main header as per drawing.
• If other services disturb to sprinkler service or vice versa give the correct solution for sprinkler service with proper discussion.
• Manage the proper workload for all workers.
• And I have the certificate of Construction Safety supervisor (BCSS) so I apply the PTW. And also manage the safety document works
• All the site process clearly monitors and submits to my Engineer.
