Well qualified and result driven QA QC Manager with 15 years of outstanding engineering and management qualitative experience in Gulf ( Dubai, Oman, Qatar ) & India .Proficient in all facets of quality assurance and quality control in civil structural works including infrastructure, substructure, superstructure,high-rise buildings,  steel structures,field testing and architectural finishes.Possess strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem solving, decision making, coordination, time management and technical skills.

·    Overall incharge for Hyderabad regional ( Acting HOD) & responsible for monitor all QA/QC activities throughout the projects.

·    Preparation of PQP FQP as per ISO 9001:2015  requirements and submission to client for approval.

·    Monitor the QC engineer / inspector day to day activity and evaluate their capability in controlling the quality of work.

·    Responsible to preparation / review of method statements and corresponding Inspection & Test Plans, material submittal ,prequalification documents (PQ) , checklist / Formats and obtain approval from consultant prior to the start of the work.

·    Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for site walk  / meeting and quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.

·    Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues

·    Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site meetings with the project’s subcontractors QC personnel

·    Preparation & monitor of RFI / INR & MIR comments and coordinate with QC engineers for obtaining approval status.

·    Maintain In-house RMC plant and conduct material test at internal laboratory and maintain reports for the set frequency.

·    Coordinate with Client  / Consultant for approval of all Mock-up’s.

·    Obtain approval for all the permanent material used for construction and maintain sample room.

·    Coordination with consultant and arrange visit  / trial mix and obtain approval

·    Coordination with consultant and arrange visit for stockpile / inspection for road work and obtain approval for sub-base , BC & WC
