• Direct supervision, monitoring and execution of all construction site activities as per latestapproval drawings and ensuring all quality & safely requirements. • Exciting civil works for GLW,WAG well, WIC (excavation, installation of sleepers, civil pipe support, CI shelter foundation ,PSS foundation, solar panel foundation, MF, paving, interlock, E and I trenches, Earth pit, drain pit, fence installation) • Rig road cutting and diversion • Planning, coordinating and executing site activities which include structural erection, Pipesupport erection, civil work, Earth work and ensure timely hand over the task for the commissioning activities. • Rising RFI during the construction activities. • Proper coordinate with QC engineer to rising RFI, after QC do the site visit. • Preparing the work permit ahead of the planning schedule to meet the target ahead. • Prioritizing the work according to the shutdown schedule to meet the target ahead. • Monitoring regular work site inspection and periodical inspection of safety and fireequipment. • Effective communication with the client for the smooth functioning of the job • Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with HSE rules • Ensure that method statement, risk assessment and job safety analysis has been undertakenand discussed prior to commencement of any new activity. • Coordination with the project engineer regarding the progress of works at site. • Provide technical guides to Foremen. • Responsible for high risk job including Tandem lifting and heavy lifting. • Day to day management of site and review the progress of weeks. • Conducting safety induction and tool box talks. • Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are following it.
