My exposure and expertise are as follows :

1.     I have exposure to various industries i.e E-Commerce, Pharma, Diagnostic, Logistic, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Engineering, Automobile, Petroleum, Real Estate, Banking, NBFC, Service and other industries.

2.     I have expertise in various GAAP i.e., IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, Indian GAAP and other GAAP.

3.     I have experience of Global Consolidation, Corporate MIS, Share valuation, merger and acquisition, transfer pricing, financials analysis

4.     I have exposure to ERP implementation and integration, SAP control master guardian.

5.     I am instrumental in IPO/fund raising activity, Debt/Bond compliance, due diligence, prospectus, and MD&A writing.

6.     I am assisting senior management, CFO and Group financial controller for operational issues.

7.     I have exposure to Transfer Pricing, Tax litigation submission and Tax provision

8.     Internal control, Automation and team building.
