Job Description:
We are looking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Fort, Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and logistics services. The ideal candidate should have a strong drive for achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Exhibition, Mover, and Packer industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Marketing:
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote our logistics services.
- Develop marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services to existing clients.
4. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Exhibition, Mover, and Packer industry is preferred but not compulsory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
- Maximum age of 34 years.
Experience
- I have a proven track record of successful recruitment, having sourced and placed candidates across various industries and roles. This experience includes both active and passive candidate sourcing, candidate assessments, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- I have managed recruitment teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to help them achieve their goals. I have experience in setting targets, performance evaluations, and coaching to enhance team productivity.
- I have built and maintained strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs, and providing customized recruitment solutions. This includes conducting client meetings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
