I do create detailed budgets and plan during the planning phase based on the project's scope and resource allocation.
I follow through the Software Development Life Cycle process to perform the various tasks and the phases of the projects. Do follow through methodologies like Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall for the execution of projects.
I regularly track expenditures using various tool or project management software to ensure we're on track financially.
