My typical day involves removing technical impediments
of team, mentoring ,facilitating and coaching diverse
teams at technical and functional issues to achieve
overall project goal. Collaborating with Product owner to
break requirements into user stories and work with
scrum team to break user stories into independent tasks
Leading closure on Penetration/Security testing issues of
the product which includes replication, analysis and
providing technical resolutions
Updating Leadership weekly and on monthly basis with
metrics on current item backlog ,team's capacity
utilization ,initiatives ,team -work highlights
Managing communications of my team with diverse
teams and customers through salesforce
Performance Management of the team members
Retrospective analysis and implementing action points
based on the conclusion
