Throughout my career, I have successfully navigated multidisciplinary environments, contributing to sustainability & environmental strategies across various organizations. Currently, I serve as a Global ESG Reporting Analyst at FIT Voltaire Group, mobility business unit of Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT Hong Teng), where I support the development and execution of ESG reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment with global sustainability standards.

Roles & Responsibilities: Working as a Global ESG Reporting Analyst for APAC, EMEA, US & NA Co-ordination with 14 countries.  Data collection for scope1,2 & Scope-3, prepare & develop Score card & ESG KPI metrics.  Started working on CSRD & ESRS, Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) & ISSB Implementations.  Thorough familiarity with IFRS S1 (general sustainability-related disclosures) and IFRS S2 (climate-related disclosures).  Awareness of how ISSB standards align with TCFD, SASB, CDSB, and GRI frameworks.  Climate risk analysis: Physical & Transition Risks, IFRS S2, TCFD, Scenario Analysis, ensure climate risks and opportunities are captured in disclosures. 01.2024 - Current  Knowledge of how sustainability impacts financial reporting, enterprise risk, and valuation.  CSRD double materiality assessment, data points, & recent Omnibus changes investigation.  Track & monitoring the global plants & offices for Scope-1,2&3 GHG emission, preparation of GHG reports, Global GHG goal setting for countries in line with SBTi Targets.  Involved in Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report (BRSR) as per applicable guidelines and regulations. Assurance of data based on Integrated Report and BRSR reporting guidelines as per SEBI.  Involved in developing supplier Code of Conduct, Responsible Business Policy, Global Environmental Policy, preparation of Global ESG Reporting based on GRI, HKEX and CDP.  Evaluate suppliers based on ESG criteria, such as: Environmental impact (emissions, waste, resource usage), Labor practices (wages, safety, diversity, human rights), Governance (anti-corruption, compliance, transparency) etc. Integrate ESG risk metrics into supplier selection, contracts, and KPIs.  Encourage for circular economic practices, such as recycling, reuse, refurbishment, or safe disposal.  Involved in data collection & inventory calculation for Scope-3, directly in contact with procurement & logistic & supply chain team for: Purchased goods and services (Category 1), Capital goods (Category 2), Upstream transportation and distribution (Category 4), Waste generated in operations (Category 5), Use of sold products (Category 11) etc.  Data collection of Recycling wooden waste & Data validation, prepare formats & Graphs in line with Voltaire, conduct training for Score card training to APAC & US, develop waste procedures, Score card validations, Monthly data tracking, IEA scope 2 country factors purchasing process.  Training and development on ESG topics, GHG inventory & manual,
