• Managing the new product development to meet the company’s strategic growth objectives in the field of automotive, Industrial, and Specialty products, finalizing specifications and new raw material source development
• Initiate the turnaround efforts to have a detailed competitor product analysis
• Managing a team of senior and junior chemists, assigning and transferring responsibilities to team members, and guiding them on how to deliver results. 
• Facilitating new product development initiatives with a key focus on Quality, Cost & Delivery; developing components in conformance to pre-set technical specifications
• Having credentials in lab maintenance in terms of safety & handling of different hazardous chemicals
• Undertaking and monitoring the new product trials and evaluation of customer feedback and carrying out modifications in product attributes as per the market requirements
• Responsible for calibration of laboratory instruments as per the schedule, Conducting internal training for the chemist, according to our training record 
• Continuous development and updating of the product data sheets for techno-commercial purposes.
• Decreased lab spending by purchasing cost-effective supplies and closely monitoring laboratory consumables inventory
• Arranging annual maintenance contracts, Calibration, and preventive maintenance visits for laboratory equipment.
