I had completed my Project from ICAR- INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SPICE RESEARCH, CALICUT on the topic Development of chitosan based packaging films impregnated with essential oil for Aflatoxin management in Spices in 2022. 

Successfully completed internship from PREMIERE SEA FOOD EXPORTS, AROOR in 2021 and Studied every facet of seafood production, including pre-processing and storage facilities.

Worked as an intern at  MILMA KOLLAM DAIRY, in 2020 and gained knowledge about various dairy product processing techniques, quality control, and equipment.

Carried out an internship in NIRAPARA KKR GROUP OF COMPANIES KALADY, ERNAMKULAM - 2019 Learned about the processing a variety of rice products and being familiar with quality control analysis.

My master's degree in food science and technology from KUFOS, which I successfully completed with an overall grade point average of 82.20%, taught me about the processes used in the food industries for food quality control, food preservation technology, food engineering, and food processing.
