About Atanu Bandyopadhyay:
I completed my Ph.D (2011) in the field of physics education, where my work was to research students' conceptions as they engage with the theory of relativity in physics. At present, I am an assistant professor at the Bahrain Polytechnic teaching physics to engineering undergraduates.
My research years with students have equipped me with an ability to gauge a student's difficulties and potential for error as he or she engages with ideas in physics. This has helped me as a teacher of undergraduate physics where pitfalls in learning are considerable.
Experience
I have been teaching engineering physics and mathematics to undergraduates in Bahrain for the last eleven years. My job also involved preparation and verification of examinations and occasional learning of computers for teaching.
