Avi Dhanoa

I bring almost a decade and a half worth of industry experience. I have created and launched projects with an understanding of consumer behaviour, analysis of data and success matrix, and feedback incorporation to create content that is consumable and effective. 

My career progression highlights my understanding of how language acquisition occurs in different learning environments. I help design curriculum and content that helps bridge the gap between the education and job market.

As the Head of Curriculum at Square Panda, I create and execute training programs for teachers and leadership for various government and school projects. I lead and guide my team of Sr Leads, SMEs, Curriculum Developers and proofreaders to create training modules that are based on modern practices and backed by research.

I have also created teacher classroom observation tools and monitoring and reporting tools based on Guskey’s Model of Teacher Change and Kirkpatrick's Model of Training Evaluation. These tools help in creating an exhaustive change and project impact report.

I have experience in creating products that are vastly used in the education industry. My expertise lies in creating Impact Assessment Framework, English Proficiency Programs based on CEFR, Adaptive English Language Lab, Spoken English Courses, Assessment and Learning Loss programs across grades, e-tutoring courses for students across boards and subjects, online as well as face-to-face pedagogy training modules for teachers, and proficiency enhancement courses for teachers.

To highlight, I excel at being able to:

• help the teachers understand and deepen their knowledge of the teaching-learning process and various learning tools.
• use assessment data as a weapon against the student knowledge gap and create effective remedial plans.
• developing plans and frameworks for various projects so that the project roadmap is clear.
