I am Avishek Guha, a graduate from Heritage Law College, having solid educational background in law and work experience in Kotak Mahindra Prime (Legal Department) and throughout my two years of experience as a legal intern, I have honed my skills in legal drafting, legal research, case file management, etc. I have successfully represented clients in various legal matters, demonstrating a deep understanding of the complexities of the legal landscape.

• Have attended Arbitral proceedings before sole Arbitrators to represent the finance company.
• Represent the finance company on 420 IPC matters before the Hon’ble Court
• Have attended Lok Adalat & Conciliation camps at various courts and advocate chambers all around East India to settle matters on behalf of the finance company.
• Represent the finance company on a defamation case before the Hon’ble High court Calcutta.
• Held conference meetings with panel advocates of the financecompany.
• Prepare data of customersto file Arbitration and 420 IPC cases.
• Co-ordinate with collection managers to visit the police stations at various places of West Bengal.
• Move matters falling under the provision of section 138 of the N.I. Act and Section 25 of the P.S.S. Act.
• Move matters in the district and state consumer forum.
