About Avnish Sharma:
With over 25 years of extensive experience in Optical Fiber and Copper Cable Network Projects, Planning, Deployment, Roll out, testing & commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Management (OSP, ISP, Infra, O&M), BSNL POI, RoW, and a proven track record of maintaining stringent SLA/KPI targets.
My expertise encompasses a wide range of telecom equipment, including SDH, DWDM, OTN, DXC, Switches, Gateways, ONU, OLT, ONT, EDFA, Optical Splitters/couplers, FTTH, FTTx, RF equipment and antennas. I have a consistent record of successful project implementation, including installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Furthermore, I have hands-on experience in manufacturing and testing various types of Fiber Optic, Power, and Telecom Cables. My proficiency extends to using essential software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP for effective communication and project management.
Throughout my career, I have held key responsibilities in Project Management, Operations Management (Service Assurance), Service Delivery Management, and Process Improvement. Notably, I have spent 15+ years driving Process improvement projects, Process Re-engineering, continuous improvement, Process transition, and client management at TATA Communications, where I served as the front-facing liaison for enterprise clients such as Airtel, Reliance Infotel, Idea Cellular, Vodafone, GailTel, MTS, Aircell, Etisalat Telecom, City Cable, and Videocon.
In addition, I bring 15+ years of experience in successfully managing complex, high-value projects and programs, including transformation initiatives, Network rollouts, and Regulatory/Compliance matters at Tata Communications Ltd.
